Task: User Experience, UX

UX, or User Experience is a perception by the user, thus it contains factual and feeling-based elements. Designing UX involves aspects like marketing, physical products, packages, user interfaces - and the service.

Humans are different - products, UI’s and services should match the users’ values to be meaningful. Differentiation becomes more important than ever.

Process


Target segments are modeled using Provoke ValueMap® toolset. Matching concept iterations are run rapidly.

For physical prototypes, CAD is used extensively from sketch-stage on.


User Interface Design works with functional LiveProto prototype-building to test the User Experience of the concepts in practice.

Result


Several mobile phones and more than 50 accessories on the market.  Innovative design boosts sales and builds identity. Product family look&feel design builds brand value and differentiation.
